Account Activation

The KES 300 activation fee serves two main purposes:

  1. It helps us verify the authenticity of our writers and maintain a quality community.
  2. It demonstrates your commitment to the platform before accessing paid tasks.

Important: This fee is fully refundable after you complete your first writing task successfully. The amount will be added to your earnings balance once your first submission is approved.

Your KES 300 activation fee will be automatically refunded to your account balance once:

  • You complete your first writing task
  • Your submission is approved by our quality team
  • The client accepts your work

The refunded amount will appear in your earnings balance and can be withdrawn along with your task payment.

We accept the following payment methods for the activation fee:

  • M-Pesa (Kenyan users)
  • Airtel Money (Kenyan users)
  • Credit/Debit Card (International cards accepted)
  • PayPal (For international users)

General Questions

Payments are made immediately after your work is approved. We offer several withdrawal options:

  • M-Pesa (Instant transfer to your mobile number)
  • Bank Transfer (Processed within 1-2 business days)
  • PayPal (For international users)

There is no minimum withdrawal amount for M-Pesa. For bank transfers, the minimum is KES 1,000.

We offer a wide variety of academic writing tasks including:

The KES 300 activation fee is refundable after your first completed task. KenyaEarn retains a 0% commission on all completed tasks. Payments are processed within 24 hours of task approval.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

  • Plagiarism or submitting low-quality work
  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity

2. Task Payment Refunds

Clients may request refunds for tasks if:

  • The work contains plagiarism
  • The submission doesn't meet requirements
  • The work is submitted after deadline

Disputed tasks will be reviewed by our mediation team before any refunds are processed.

3. Withdrawal Refunds

Once you withdraw earnings to your M-Pesa or bank account, refunds cannot be processed back to your KenyaEarn balance.
